In our schooling sports hour is mandatory but now moderate schools they are canceling and planning to make our children’s become a machines’. Companies are selfish about their profits and we should also be selfish about our life’s to live better. I am working in corporate company from last 10 years and most of my friends are facing health issues because of their professional work as well as they do not have time to do work out. Few people even can’t be stand for certain time and few of them are having medicines like food instead of having food on time. By seeing all this bullshits, I felt so much bad so I want to express about my feeling. In few companies are providing good facilities to the employee but these need to be happen in every company. Most of the time these things are following in bigger or great companies so their life is going good. Ideal to say if the employee is fit then he can work do more and he can think creative. So, we should think about on this seriously so every human life will go smoother.

To make Compulsory Sports Hour Should Be Mandatory In Every Company may not accept by all the company’s so this responsibility on World health organization and every government as well as every citizen. In the current society money can do everything people are thinking but in your life without health if you have money also it will not make any sense.
