Shivaiah staying with
his wife and three sons happily in a village kailasapuram. Kailasapuram is
under Kashi kingdom and ruling by Kashi king. Shivaiah educated farmer, he has
respect in kailasapuram because his hard work and knowledge. Shivaiah family is
a middle class and his two elder sons want to settle in a Kashi town .So, they
have plan to go to Kashi and they want to do business in that place and they
shared this thought to his father and he said them we will discuss tomorrow .Next
day morning shivaiah went to field with his younger son to plant cotton trees and his younger son told
to his father about his brothers idea about their business plan. Shivaiah asked
to his younger one, you do not have a plan to go with them then he replied no
as of now. Shivaiah again asked why you do not want to go with them then he
replied I am happy to do farming. After coming back from the field shivaiah sat
on the chair in front of the home then his two elders came asked about capital,
reference of contacts in Kashi to do business. Shivaiah tested their interest
level and he is satisfied then he given capital and arranged everything to go
Kashi to do business.
Shivaiah knows first
one is good in knowledge so he shared his thoughts and views about business success
and with the second one he shared about how to handle the money properly
because he is good in finance. They reached Kashi and started their business in
a few days. There business is growing good because of first one intelligence
and second one financial skill .Shivaiah told to his younger one also to go
Kashi and do same business along with his brothers and he is not interested
that much so he said I need some time then Shivaiah said to his wife to
convince his younger one and finally he is convinced so he is also went to
Kashi to meet his brothers. Younger one observed their business and he is not
interested so he came back home so soon. After few days two elders are married
and happy with their family life. But, unfortunately their business is going
down due to the competition in the market and changes in the industry; they are
not able to catch up the things. Shivaiah got to know business is not going
smooth so he is requested younger one to help them and he went settled the
business soon in his own way and elders are so happy because of his help. Younger
one want go back Kailasapuram to do farming and elders are told to stay with
them but he is not ready stay so he went home.
Shivaiah questioned to younger one why you come back when you have option of settle in Kashi then he replied I love farming and farming is better than business as you said and I agree for that because business is for profit but farming is for help others and it is a life for me.
